bid & ask prices(study) not showing past information only at current price

before you tell me i did something wrong... i use APEX and am connected to their rythmic user/password credentials...apex-nyc area non-aggregated ... connected and works 10 minutes faster than sc data ... i use sierra integrated 12 advanced plan ... but for some reason i couldn't purchase the 13.50 / mo CME data because it requires a non-professional account... but i don't need it like i said... i tried everything... heatmap study works... everything seems to work fine... but bid and ask prices study Doesn't work... i doubt it's b/c i need to pay for CME data seperately... |

We are not certain about backfilled (historical) data coming from Rithmic and whether it has the appropriate information for the Bid/Ask information. But, while you are connected to the data from Rithmic and getting the real-time data, the "Bid and Ask Prices" study should update with each bar and display the last Bid/Ask prices on the bars that showed while you were connected.
