Hello, my data feed is delayed 15 minutes. I am receiving my data from an IBKR service that is showing real time. I recently resubscribed to Sierra Charts and started my new chartbook from a previous chartbook from many years ago. |

We see that you have activated the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange since you originally posted this. You should be fine at this time given this. The reason you were getting the delayed data previously, was that you were using the standard ticker for the symbol. When you do this, you are specifying that you want the data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange. At that time, you did not have this active, so you were getting the delayed streaming data. To get the data from Interactive Brokers, you would have to enter the fully qualified Interactive Brokers symbol, such as "IBM-STK-SMART-USD". In order to trade equities with Interactive Brokers and get the data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape, you will have to enter the Interactive Brokers fully qualified symbol in the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" while using the standard ticker in the "Symbol". Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) You should also set the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" to "Yes".
