Hello Sierra Chart Support,

I would like to confirm that all automatic renewals for my Sierra Chart account have been canceled.

I have already disabled the auto-renewal for my Service Package, and I would appreciate confirmation that:

1. My Sierra Chart service package will not renew automatically.
2. Any active Denali Exchange Data Feed subscriptions are canceled.
3. No further charges will be made to my account.

I would also like to inquire about the possibility of a refund. Unfortunately, I was unable to effectively use Sierra Chart because my market data remained delayed by 15 minutes. I later learned that real-time CME data required connection to a live futures trading account, which I did not have available.

As a result, I was not able to use the platform and data services as intended. Therefore, I would appreciate if you could review my account and let me know whether a full or partial refund is possible.
