Is there any way to add a line study to the Highlight minimum & maximum values? So I could extend them across the chart or fill the areas above or below for the last bar?

Using large range bars and time frames.

I have them both displayed in column 2.

But there are no sub-graphs ID:# available to build a sub-graph line study off of.

When you have the Highlight Minimum and Maximum options enabled for the Numbers Bars, then you can access those levels per bar using the "Price at Minimum Highlight" and "Price at Maximum Highlight".
