Candlestick length changing automatically when scrolling left to right

Hello, When I'm scrolling side to side, the length of candlestick is automatically changing. I've tried everything and went through the documentation, but cant find anything that can fix it. Please advise on a solution Thanks |

We will answer this, but your account is expired. In order to get support, you need to have an active account. The length of the candlesticks is not changing, the size of the scaling is changing. If your scale is set to "Automatic" then the size of the scale and position, will change as you scroll through the chart in order to keep everything displayed within the view of the graphics area. If you do not want the scale to change then you would need to use a scaling option of either "Constant Range" or "User Defined".
