Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am having an issue downloading historical intraday data for the Micro Bitcoin Futures (MBT) continuous contract. My setup: - Service Package: 11 (Integrated Advanced) - Data Service: SC Data - Symbol: MBTM26-CME with Continuous Contract enabled - Intraday Data Storage Time Unit: 1 Tick - Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download: Non-Tick Data = 2000, 1-Tick Data = 2000 - Chart Days to Load: 3000 The problem: After performing Edit >> Delete All Data And Download, the data only goes back to early February 2026. I need the data to go back to at least 2022. Steps I have already tried: 1. Set Non-Tick Data and 1-Tick Data to 2000 days 2. Performed Edit >> Delete All Data And Download multiple times 3. Continuous Futures Contract is enabled on the chart The Date Range In File From field shows 2025-05-20 and I cannot manually change it as it is read-only. Could you please advise what I need to do to download the full available historical data for MBT going back to 2022? Thank you for your assistance. |

Everything you have done is correct, and you should be getting the data. What is "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Contract" set to? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
