Want to display the chart's symbol in place of price in the right side values scale.

We need more information on what you are wanting to do/see. As noted, you can turn off the price scale, and you can use the "Symbol Display" study to display the symbol anywhere on the chart. So we are not certain of what you are wanting that can not already be accomplished.
