Hi Sierra Chart Support Team,

This morning I did chart trading via Sierra Chart, and what looked like a winning trade on the chart turned negative on PnL and then I realize data feed has a 10 min delay.
I then went on my control panel and saw Denali data feed is active.

Why is there a delay? How to fix it? I haven't changed any trading / data settings recently. I tried to disconnect and then reconnect, didn't work

The exchange that you had active in May did not automatically renew on June 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. You were notified of this through the following Account Support Ticket:
