I successfully made a $100 deposit into my Sierra Chart services balance account and verified the transaction was approved in Stripe/Link, but the funds are not showing in Sierra Chart. How can I fix and resume service?

Also, my system notification message states my service will expire on 06-18-26 and I have 14 days of usage left, but it expired my account today 06-03-26. I switched from month to month to a 3 month prepaid/discounted plan for this current term but did it somewhere in the middle of the month I had paid for, not sure if that makes a difference.

I had the same problem, my transaction is approved by stripe at 01:16, still no balance showed in my account

problem is solved, my usage is resumed at my local time 12:19 GMT+8.

User438120: We see the $100.00 credit to your account. It was posted on June 4, 2026 at 05:14:43 UTC. As to your account, you have 6 days of Usage Time remaining. Just after midnight on June 10, 2026 (in UTC time), your account will renew to the currently selected package option (Package 10 - "Integrated Standard" - for 3 months). When you change your package selection and select the "Update/Set" button, it is updating the selection for the upcoming renewal. If you select the "Update/Renew Now" button, then it will actually implement that selection at that time.
