hello, I am trying to use my sierra charts but when I am logged in my account it's not coming, I also tried to connect my apex account and the account is connected but sierra charts is not showing in my account. Kindly help me with this. Thank you |

We are not understanding what you mean by "it's not coming". Are you saying that Sierra Chart is not starting? But if Sierra Chart is not starting, then we do not understand what you mean by "the account is connected but sierra charts is not showing in my account".
