Flickering and blinking, never loading

I'm having trouble with when I open sierra the charts will start flickering and blinking like a lightning storm and never load. Charts will load up to where they say 100% and never appear and stay in blackness while the flickering and blinking continues. Would go on for hours if I don't shut down. It's the luck of the draw as to when I will have an opening of my charts that will fully load and the f&b doesn't happen or eventually stops and fully loads. I have lost many hours of trading due to this problem.

This is the first time we have heard of something like this. The main thing we would want you to check is if you have support for OpenGL enabled or not. But it does require that you are able to get the software running and then check the setting in "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Other >> OpenGL >> Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics". And, if this is set to "Yes", then we would like to know what the rest of the items in that tab are set to. We would also recommend checking your graphics card to ensure you are not having an issue with it.
