Global PnL lockout issue

Hi there, I had global PnL enabled for my accounts but had a question. My Pnl Locked earlier in the day for 12 hours but subsequently unlocked when i tried to access it again. It kept saying "waiting for profit trigger" even though the Trade Service Log showed that it was well past the trigger and was actively tracking it. why would it unlock if it is set to lock for 12 hours and then lock again somehow? I've attached a screenshot of the output of the Trade Service Log on the account. am i doing something incorrectly in my settings?

We really do not know what occurred, as we do not have all the information. One guess is that when the Flatten command was given at 10:06:13, that perhaps not all positions were actually closed out. Have you checked with your broker to check the status of your positions and whether they are actually closed?
