Hi SC Engineering! At the moment I only get non-tick data for US Stocks (SC Historical Intraday Data Feed). Could you please provide tick data? Thanks |

There was a problem with the US stock data feed this morning. It has now been resolved. There is missing tick by tick data for the morning hours. We will have this data patched after the close.

It is not only for today. E.g. I don't get cumulative bid/ask volume for the whole data series of US stocks. I only get bid/ask UpDown Volume, but only minute by minute, not tick. |

We just realized that you are asking about the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. There was a problem earlier with the real-time US stock data feed and we had thought you were asking about that.
