Hello, My Sierra Chart username is Julian500AGtrader. My EdgeClear/Dorman account has been approved and the account number is E1049. I am using Teton CME Routing in Sierra Chart. When I try to connect, I receive the error: "No trade accounts assigned" Could you please verify if my Sierra Chart account is correctly linked to my EdgeClear/Dorman account E1049 and let me know if any additional step is required to activate trading? Thank you. |

If you have not already done so, follow the instructions at the following link starting at Step #6: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions In particular, make sure you are entering the proper Clearing Firm as noted in Step #9. If everything in your setup is correct and you are continuing to get the "No Trade Accounts Assigned", then you will need to talk to Edge Clear about this. They take care of all the setup for this. And make sure they have your Sierra Chart Account Name entered properly, as that is what is used to tie the accounts together. Hello. I accidentally removed chart windows #21, #22, #23 and #24 from my Chartbook. The Chartbook is still open and working. I can see chart windows #14 through #20 and #25, but #21, #22, #23 and #24 no longer appear in the Windows and Chartbooks list. Is there any way to recover these chart windows from the current Chartbook, an automatic backup, or a previously saved version? Thank you. |

If you have not saved that chartbook since you opened it and removed those charts, then close the chartbook and DO NOT SAVE it. Then open it again, and it will be at the point where you last saved it. Otherwise, you can go to the backups that are made by the program.
