I keep pumping money into this platform and it only lasts for a week before cutting me off and asking for money again - i cant just keep pumping money in like a slot machine - i bought all the relevant data. Can someone please ecplain whats happening ? This is not sustainable Thank you |

You can see all of your transactions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog And the recurring services which are active here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices We do not see anything that looks unusual on your account. Look over the transactions and look at the active services and it should all make sense.
