My chart won't all load. I called IQ Feed and they said it must be the software and I should contact Sierra. Also, after I updated to the latest version, my numbers bars got messed up and my time zone changed.. any reason for that and how do I change it back? Thanks |

For high CPU usage, refer to help topic 30 here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails30.html In regards to low disk space, you need to resolve that issue yourself. Here is the documentation for setting the time zone: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TimeZone.html The time zone will not change when updating Sierra Chart. If you have trouble with the Numbers Bars study, then remove it from the chart and add it again. The reason we say this is that the old Numbers Bars study is no longer supported and you need to be using the new one. So maybe it relates to that. Otherwise, we are not understanding the problem and we will need to see an image of the chart.
