... to: SIERRA CHART ENG. This is not functionality issue but purely esthetic one ! All columns in TradeDOM having some "Volume Bars" exceeding out of grid cells (talking about thickness of a bar) at certain price levels; some bars at some level fit perfect) If it is worth your attention let me know am I missing some settings; otherwise all good Thank you ver. 2915 grid thickness set to 2 |

Hopefully you will see it now Check out any column that has "Volume Bars" and observe how Volume Bar body is thicker than cell in some price levels meaning grid is not able to "encapsule" Volume Bar Volume Bar is "leaking out" of grid cell at some price levels https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1780343640692.png |

... Allow me to point out that issue: Take a look at: price level 30590.00 for instance: Cur(A-B)Vol<> with number "-61" CurTrBVol with number "390" CurTrAVol with number "270" Many other rows at diff. price levels having the same misalignment ! As I said it is visual esthetics only Thank you |

We have had several notices of this recently, and there was some work on the DOM. Note the new setting in particular. Please get us an image of what you are seeing with that data more visible and please point out the specific area where you are seeing this. Chart DOM volume/quantity bars have no consideration of the grid thickness. This is not something that we would be working on anytime soon.

... to:SIERRA CHART Please let's get focused a bit on what's going on over here You responding to this post on my post about pulling/stacking volume bars No.1 I stated in that post problem of misaligned volume bars and borders of cells where vol. bars are No.2 Mr. John then asked me to send image of that I did it by referring to this thread Then on pulling/stacking post I added that that issue has been handled by me increasing thickness of Trading DOM No.3 Of course that thickness has nothing to do with misaligned vol. bars; I just wanted to let Mr. John know that I solved my personal visual bothering with issue No.4 Conclusion: SIERRA CHART still have issue with misaligned vol. bars but I do not care because thick grid is covering misalignment Hopefully this will cover Also, when I state that SIERRA CHART is having an issue then SC is having an issue Will you have time to work on it or not it's up to you As long as you are perfect 👌 we good ty |
