How does one copy Global Settings Colors to all sub instances? Seems silly needing to update every single color change across 6 sub instances manually one by one. From docs - copying Sierra4.config over to sub instance works but this copies everything and overwrites control bars and other settings specific to the Sub Instances. Sierra4.config (Contains all of the global settings in Sierra Chart. This includes settings set through all of the configuration windows under the Global Settings menu including all of the Control Bar configurations. Chart specific settings, like the settings in Chart >> Chart Settings, are held in Chartbooks and not this file. Sierra3.cfg/Sierra4.config does not include Account related settings or Global Symbol Settings and can be safely shared with others.)

Everything is contained within the Sierra4.config file. There is a workaround to get some of the colors. Follow these instructions: - Copy the Global color settings to a chart (Chart >> Graphics Settings >> Graphics Settings for Chart - Color >> Settings >> Copy from Global) - Duplicate that chart to a new chartbook (not required, but easy way to do this) - Copy that Chartbook to the other instances - In each instance open that chartbook and then copy the chart color settings to the Global settings (Copy to Global) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
