cts: unknow symbol

Today I cant get live data from cts t4 sim server. I got the messages "symbol is unknown"
so I downloaded the latest version of Sierra Chart and I did a full reset of my symbol list

whatever I do, I still get the "symbol is unknown" message. However no issue to have the historical data, but no live data from CTS.

What else can I do ?

Hi,

I have no live data. No matter what symbol I choose, I got the same message. 2 days ago everything was fine.

Maybe I found something :

In the Data/trade service settings, for cts :

what does the "perform hardware ID check" ?

By default is was true, no live data. Then I set it to "no" and now I finally got live data.

Any idea ?

Apparently you are not authorized for ICE US.

No idea about post #4. Only CTS would know the answer to that question.
