How Do I trasfer all my funds to Ninja Trader Brokerage and close accounts

I need to transfer all my funds to NT Brokerage. I also need to cancel my accounts. Can you tell me how to do these 2 things?

You have 89 days of Usage Time remaining. We refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments. Therefore, we could refund 2 months (62 days) of Usage Time back to your Services Surplus. Then we can refund the balance of your Services Surplus back to your original payment method.
