RLM chart not working properly & no chart log

I currently get no chart message logs. Also on the RLM charts the stop is not working at all. I had a 20 tic stop on 2 trades where it kicked me out of both trades with a positive $30.00. Yesterday when I had a problem you said it was my computer or OEC which turned out to be a poodle threat that you had to update your server to fix. Please check into this. Thanks appreciate what you do.

This is not true. We do not provide the trading and data service. It is provided by OEC. We know what we are talking about and do not give customers nonsense. That is not how we are. You will only get nonsense from others. Most definitely not from us. Here you will only get them straight honest truth. These kind of comments have no place here.
