We are missing data from earlier in the morning. It simply is missing. We can see what we can do to recover it but it is missing for now. I have the same problem. EUREX intraday data only form 6:27am CET time even though I have restarted multiple times, disconnected and reconnected to datafeed and deleted intraday chart data and reloaded it. I am looking at FESX. In addition the DOM offer-side is not showing the correct sizes. It is less than it should be for each level.

We can see what we can do to recover it but it is missing for now." Exactly, all the data from 2:15 to that point which in my case is 06:27:02. Data should begin at 02:15 Frankfurt time! And end at 22:00 also Frankfurt time. But in the QUOTE BOARD today's open @ 123.91 and yestarday's close @ 123.93 seems to be right. This was NOT the case when you had more severe data issues. We did not explain that right. What we meant is the starting time and then going back towards the beginning of the day. So actually it is the ending time. Data from that time and earlier is missing for today. In addition the DOM offer-side is not showing the correct sizes. It is less than it should be for each level. That very well could be. There is no solution to this with an order by order data feed. If there are missing orders they are just simply gone. We have no control over this at this point in time. It will resolve itself tomorrow. The background situation of this, is that EUREX, no less than three times a year, makes changes to their data feed, which requires, updates with the data feed processing code. This requires recompiling, our source code. We always make a note of this months in advance, of the next planned changed by them, but for some reason we did not have a note about this change which was released this morning.
