Hi, I have followed all of the instructions for allowing users that we add to our custom studies list from our account control panel. We are using the sc.IsUserAllowedForSCDLLName function in our studies to check that the user has access. However, no matter what we do, all of our studies produce the "Your account doesn't have access" error (based on what we set to log in the message log if the sc.IsUserAllowedForSCDLLName returns false). The studies are automatically downloaded to the user's system (into their data folder), so there accounts are given access, but the protection of the DLL file with the sc.IsUserAllowedForSCDLLName fails. Not sure what we are missing/doing wrong, but if you can shed any light or point me in the correct direction, we'd really appreciate it!
