Dear Support,

I currently have Service Package 12 - Integrated Advanced MBO.

I am trying to get real-time intraday S&P 500 cash index data in Sierra Chart for use as a reference index, not ES futures and not a CFD.

I can see:

$INX | S&P 500 Index - S&P Indices under Cash Indexes, but it appears to be End of Day / delayed.
SPX_CGI | S&P 500 Index, which appears related to CBOE Global Indexes.
SPX500 | S&P 500 Index under CFD - FXCM, which appears real-time but is a CFD/proxy, not the actual cash index.
Can you please confirm:

Which Sierra Chart symbol provides real-time intraday S&P 500 cash index data?
Is SPX_CGI the correct real-time S&P 500 cash index symbol?
Do I need to activate the CBOE Global Indexes exchange through Denali to receive this data in real time?
Are there any additional exchange agreements or fees required?

Thank you,
Z

You need to use this symbol:
SPX_CGI

And activate the "CBOE Global Indexes Main" exchange here:

Without the exchange active you will not get historical or real-time data.
