Can you check and verify the Bid & Ask Depth Bars study set to "sum bid" is working still with these latest versions? I've traded with sierra chart for 7 years now and never seen the total bid depth behave in this manner. For further context, I'm on Denali and use the latest sierra chart versions when they are released. I've noticed this issue off and on for a week or so now and finally today it's happened continuously. Basically, the sum bid just increases forever almost like it's in a loop even after deleting market depth data for the day, reconnecting, deleting and downloading... nothing works. To control for my chart being the cause I even created a new blank chart and replicated this with nothing but the Bid & Ask Depth Bars study set to "sum bid" Also, the Bid & Ask Depth Bars study set to "sum ask" DOES work so this is only affecting the "sum bid" mode. I also loaded a previous version and was able to replicate on a previous version which makes me think this is an issue with Denali potentially? I am clueless and unsure how to continue. Any guidance would be appreciated! I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like. |

Also, preemptively just wanted to say thank you!!! :) You guys blow my mind as to the quality of Sierra Chart. And apologies up front if I'm doing something dumb here, but I really don't think I am at this point. Again, thank you!

This occurs when you have the number of market depth levels (for either side) set to zero (0), which means the maximum number of levels for Sierra Chart (1400 levels). Engineering has done an initial look, but not come out with a complete fix yet. The workaround is to set the following to 1399: Chart Settings: Number of Levels for Bid/Ask Depth Calculations (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
