Hello, I suddenly got full market depth on my DOM but I never changed my subscription Data Package. I checked in my subscription page and the market depth shouldn't be included with the service I activated. Did something change in the subscription format? M |

Nothing has changed with your data subscription, or what we provide. Even though you are not setup to get the Market Depth data, you can still get historical Market Depth data. So if you are seeing Market Depth for bars that are 10 minutes older than the current time, then this is normal. If you are getting Market Depth for the current data, then what is one symbol for which this is occurring? Not sure what happened, I am pretty sure I was watching the market in real time with full depth - but now it is back to top of the book data. Obviously it is not a “problem”. The only thing we can think of is if you happened to download the historical data, then it would have gone up to the current time, and then start "falling behind" from there. This could look like it was in real-time for a bit.
