Trying to connect to new data feed

Have just activated and paid to receive CME not through broker $94 as a second data feed in addition to Eurex. Only historical data not live. Also was expecting market depth for this price but no sign of it. Don't know what else to do.

OK I have CME working but realise that I need CBOT as looking to trade ZB contract. Unfortunately I saw ZB on CME page and assumed it was with them. Is it possible to disable CME and activate CBOT instead without losing money?

Also, when you activate an exchange fee, you are billed 100% for it in that month and at the beginning of the next month you will be billed for it again. This is something to be aware of.
