Problem updating to new 2899 version

I have tried multiple ways to download sierra chart to get the 2899 version but always end up with the 2898, last support person told me to send the Log to support which I have, I have looked that on the log it says 2899 version has been download and complete but once I open Sierra Chart it opens 2898

Where exactly are you seeing the release number that shows 2898? Please select "Help >> About" and in the window that comes up in the second line down is the Version. Right click on that Version line and select the option "Copy Name and Value". Then paste that into this thread.
