NQM26-CME historical depth backfill: "Type unspecified" — server-side, cf ThreadID=59249

Issue: Historical Market Depth data backfill for NQM26-CME consistently
returns "The type of error was unspecified" for all attempted dates.
Live depth recording works correctly. Issue is isolated to historical
depth backfill service.

Affected dates verified: 2026-04-23, 2026-04-24 (and others tested
before). 8+ HD Requests over 5 days, multiple servers (ds26, ds28,
ds32) — same result.

Settings verified:
- Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings:
Support Downloading Historical Market Depth Data = Yes
Maximum Historical Market Depth Days to Download = 0
- Global Settings >> Symbol Settings:
Use Custom Symbol Settings Values = checked
Selected: NQ?##-CME (template covering NQM26)
Only custom override: Record Market Depth Data = yes
Service routing fields (all correct, not custom):
Historical Intraday Data Source = exchange data service
SC Data Service Code = cme
Real-Time Data Client = SC exchange data service sub-client 4

Steps already performed (all on 2026-04-27 / 2026-04-28):
1. Right-click on chart bar >> Download Depth Data from Date-Time:
8+ attempts, all return "Type unspecified", 0 records.
2. Use Number of Days to Load >> Market Depth = 7 + Reload:
no effect.
3. Update From Server (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings):
"Symbol settings received" confirmed in Message Log,
followed by Reconnect (File >> Disconnect / Connect to Data Feed).
HD Request 135/141/142 after Update — same "Type unspecified".
4. Disable Use Custom Symbol Settings Values + Reconnect: no effect.
5. Re-enable Use Custom + Reconnect + retry on 2026-04-23:
HD Request 147 — "Type unspecified" for 2026-04-23 as well.
6. Send For Analysis from Message Log:
completed 2026-04-28 04:16 UTC+3, "Message Log received".

Diagnosis: client-side debugging exhausted. Live depth feed works
(NQM26-CME.2026-04-28.depth file is being written normally).
Historical backfill service rejects all HD Requests for this symbol
with generic "Type unspecified" error.

This pattern matches ThreadID=59249 (2020), where SC Engineering
identified that a required Symbol Settings record on the server side
was mistakenly cleared. Update From Server resolved that case. In my
case Update From Server did NOT resolve the issue, suggesting a
different server-side condition (possibly missing data on server for
specific dates, or a different field type cleared).

Request: please verify server-side state of NQM26-CME for historical
Market Depth data. Specifically:
- Is full-session historical Market Depth data for 2026-04-23 and
2026-04-24 (RTH+ETH) present on your servers?
- Are there any Symbol Settings records on the server side for
NQM26-CME that may need manual restoration (similar to ThreadID=59249)?

Message Log was already sent via Send For Analysis on 2026-04-28 at
04:16:36 UTC+3 ("Message Log received" confirmation). Please cross-
reference that log with this thread.
