I use the custom symbol process to produce a custom chart of T10 (NVDA, AAPL, GOOG, META, MSFT, etc. but its not working anymore for me and my trading buddy (different country with different computer but using same custom symbol). The symbol is as below: .22535668*{AAPL-NQTV}+0.194552529*{MSFT-NQTV}+0.182879377*{NVDA-NQTV}+0.127431907*{AMZN-NQTV}+0.115434501*{GOOGL-NQTV}+0.088521401*{META-NQTV}+0.065823606*{BRK.B-NQTV} can you help me understand why it is not working as of Monday 4.27.26 at 4:30 am? |

Start by opening individual charts for each of the symbols that make up the Custom Calculated Symbol. Make sure you are getting data for each individual item. If you are getting the data for each symbol, then with those charts still open (to ensure you are still downloading the data for each symbol), check your custom calculated symbol and see if it is updating properly.
