FootPrint chart does not shows values when I replay. Why?

Hi I am using a foot print chart and want to replay the chart at a slower pace. However, when I replay the chart, I do not see any values on the chart and it is just blank screen. |

We wonder if you are trying to start the replay from a point in time before you actually have data in the chart. You need to have the data loaded first, then you can run the replay from that point in time.
