[Programming Help] - Not able to trade ES

Hi I am on a Apex account, and I was trading today. I was trading perfectly fine until I tried to place a new trade on ES and now all of a sudden it says client child and my entry says "held." I've never had this issue before and cant seem to find a fix. I am still able to trade CL but ES is not working. Apex says that this is not something on their end, so I am very confused and looking for some help thank you.

What is the Order Type of the entry order? You can see this in the Trade Orders Window:
