Denali Historical Data with Rithmic Trade Service Setting

I am trying to load a daily(historical) chart for NQ to see data going back 20+ years. I currently use Rithmic Direct - DTC as the "Current Selected Service" under Data/Trade Service Settings. It is my understanding that I can still use Denali historical data with Rithmic as my trade service as long as 1. Market Data Username and Password are blank 2. Data/Trade Service Settings>Common Settings> Common Other Settings>Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to "YES". When I load a daily chart for NQ with these settings, I can only see data back to 2020. Im assuming that this is because data is being pulled from Rithmic instead of Denali. When I change "Current Selected Service" to "SC Data" I can then see data on my daily chart all the way to the year 2000 and beyond. I have my chart settings>Data Limiting - Number of Days to Load set to 5250, and Symbol>Continuous Contract set to Continuous Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover. I know other users have been able to successfully use this setup, but I cant figure it out. Appreciate any help you can provide.
