Some of the numbers on my footprint chart are weird and end in a bunch of threes by like 4-6 decimals. When I looked for an answer online, it mentioned changing the settings but that didn't do anything. I want it to just be at max.25 and not like 101.1033333.

In the Numbers Bars Input settings set the Volume Display Multiplier to 1.

We are not understanding what you are describing. for ES, the Numbers Bars are going to be Integer (whole number) values if the Numbers Bars Input for "Volume Display Multiplier" is set to 1.

If the "Volume Display Multiplier" is set to some other value, then the decimal point will shift to the left. This would mean that you would only have 1 digit to the right of the decimal point if you have the Input set to 0.1; and 2 digits to the right of the decimal point if the Input is set to 0.01; and so on.

So it is not possible to have like 4-6 digits after the decimal point unless you have the Input set to 0.0001 or 0.000001. It can not be both at the same time.

Also, the number of displayed digits is not changing for what you are showing. So regardless of what you set the "Volume Display Multiplier", you should have the same basic information displayed.

Please get us images of what you see with the "Volume Display Multiplier" set to a value other than 1 (which we assume is the original image you provided) and also with the value set to 1.

Refer to the following for how to get us an image:

I just updated to version 2899. I do not see decimal points on ES, however all of a sudden my numbers bars (footprint) charts for equities consolidated tape symbols do have decimals.

Settings:
Chart Data> Volume at Price Multipleir for intraday chart is set to: 5.
Numbers Bars> Volume Display Multiplier is set to: 0.01

It displays over 2 decimal places on some price levels. Was not like that prior to updating. The Symbols I am using today are TSLA and PLTR.

When I change Volume Display Multiplier to 1 it is resolved and the decimals are gone.

Update to prerelease 2900:
Software Download: Fast Update

To resolve this problem. We have restored Volume Value Format in the Chart Settings. Although the implementation is now a little different. In this case you will want to set it to 1.

Yes this does make sense:

When I change Volume Display Multiplier to 1 it is resolved and the decimals are gone.

if you see the screenshots i put up in the first post, youll see numbers like 3333 on it. That it actually not the full number, rather its the end of a number i.e. 134.83333. I just couldn't stretch it enough. I did go into the Volume Multiplier and changed it to 1 but when I do, the nunmbers come out all jumbled up like a bunch of lines. Please see attached screenshot for that.

Maybe right click your values scale and adjust the scale range value down.

This is due to using Rithmic and an invalid symbol:

Also see the prior post.
