Hi Sierra Chart Support Team, I am currently trading HSI and MHI (Mini Hang Seng Index) futures on HKEX and would like to use Sierra Chart for real-time footprint (Numbers Bars) charting. I understand from your support board (Thread #92469) that Interactive Brokers provides only a snapshot feed, which results in 0x0 footprint data for historical bars and incomplete data in real-time. I also understand that Sierra Chart’s own Teton service has discontinued Hong Kong futures support. My questions are: 1. Is CQG currently a supported data feed for HSI/MHI futures in Sierra Chart? 2. Does CQG provide full tick-by-tick data for HSI/MHI that would allow complete footprint (Numbers Bars) charting — both historical and real-time? 3. Is there any other data feed you currently recommend for getting accurate HSI footprint data in Sierra Chart? Thank you for your help. |

With regards to Interactive Brokers, you should be fine with their real-time data. But the historical data does not have any Bid/Ask information, so you would only see the zeros for that data. 1.
