Trade Activity Not Showing Order Fills for Other Login Accounts

Good Day,

I use a third-party copy trading software that allows me to trade accounts with different login credentials. I wanted to download the trade activity for all accounts linked through the copier, but when I checked Sierra Chart’s Trade Activity, no trades were displayed.

I have the setting Data/Trade Service Settings > Download Historical Order Fills set to “Yes.” It was working previously, but now it’s not.

How can I fix this? Also, are there any settings that limit the date range for downloading historical order fills?

When using Rithmic you can definitely not rely on this working:
