sell/buy stop only printing 1 contract

hi, when i am in sim mode, the "sell stop" and "buy stop" from the right click shortcut menu will post the amount of contracts that i have selected on the trade panel. however when i switch to my trial account it only ever prints one contract from "buy stop" and "sell stop" even though i have multiple contracts selected on the trade panel. can you help me please many thanks |

Using the right-click shortcuts will always use the quantity that is set in the Trade Window. This is also the same quantity that is shown in the upper left corner of the chart. We wonder if you are getting a rejection for the additional quantities from your broker, especially since this is working correctly in Simulation mode. Please enter an order for your live account where you are certain that your Trade Window is set to quantity other than 1.
