Hello,

I am contacting you regarding my account’s allowed systems.I currently use Sierra Chart on two devices that I recognize and use regularly (a laptop and a desktop PC). However, I have noticed that there is a third device listed/connected that I do not recognize.I would like to request assistance in removing or blocking this unknown device and ensuring that only my two authorized devices (my laptop and PC) are allowed to access my account.

Please let me know what steps you need from me or if you can reset/restrict the allowed systems on my account.

We have removed the connection from the device that you specified.

Be sure to change your Sierra Chart password (if you have not already done so) to avoid that person logging in again to your account.
