Hi , I am having an issue with my data feed. When I download historical data for my footprint chart it shows up. But then I adjust the volume at price multiplier for the historical chart on the settings to 1 all the historical data disappears and I'm left with just a weeks worth of intraday data on my footprint chart. For some reason this issue is only when I change the volume price multiplier . Please advise.

You reference a "historical" chart. The Numbers Bars study will not work with a Daily or higher timeframe that is based on historical daily data. When you change to 1 day or higher timeframe, by default, the system is going to change you to the historical daily data and not the intraday data that makes up bar periods less than 1 day. If you want to force the system to only use intraday data, then set the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Chart Data Type" to "Intraday Chart Only". Then all bar periods will be made up of intraday data. This will then allow the Numbers Bars to work with 1 day and higher timeframes. If you already are using an "Intraday Chart Only", then the Volume at Price Multiplier should not have any effect. What are you changing the Volume at Price Multiplier to?
