LVT is not showing up

hey i've installed a new version of sierra charts and after the update my LVT is not showing up. i've also done the EDIT- TRANSLATE SYMBOL TO CURRENT SERVICE but nothing shows up. and finally rebooted my PC aswell. please let me know what other steps are there.

By "LVT" are you referring to the "Large Volume Trade Indicator"? If so, then make sure that you have your data being stored at 1 tick increments.
