I have live data feed from Teton CME routing to my Sierra Charts. The Sierra charts says the feed is connected - green bar at top left hand side of page. However my charts are not updating with new data as each new tick should be coming in. Can you help please? I am trading with Stage 5 / Dorman.

Everything on your account looks good, so you should be getting the real-time data. I discovered that I had a Sierrachart session still open on an old VPS I cancelled 9 days ago, so I just closed that down and now my normal Windows session works OK with live data feed. THanks for your prompt response!
