Не работает Сиерра

Помогите мне пож. незнаю что делать, сиеера платная, фид CTS T4, на одгом компе фид подключается на другом нифега хотя фид один пароль, логин все одно, пишет ЛОГ

The problem is that your computer's clock is not set accurately and the CTS FIX server is closing the connection with an error.

Проблема в том, что время компьютера не установлен точно и сервер FIX CTS закрывает соединение с ошибкой.

Ребят если б я знал Аглицкий то зачем мне писать в русскую тех помощь. У меня такое время сиерры http://clip2net.com/s/jbs6ap и время компа одинаковое, что делать может напишите на великом и могучем?

Это предложения от пользователя СЧ:

1. Воспользуйтесь переводчиком Гугл или плагином для Фаерфокс, чтобы получить перевод на русский.

2. Поддержка СЧ отвечает за устранение неисправностей с СЧ.
В данном случае Вы не можете подключиться к сервису данных CTS.
Сообщение о разрыве связи по причине смещения времени - от CTS.
Признаков неисправности СЧ на данный момент - нет.

3. Состояние системных часов компа - ответственность владельца компа и есть очевидное и необходимое условие корректной работы с любым онлайн сервисом.

4. Если желаете - то сделайте сюда копию полного лога той установки СЧ, которая не подключается к CTS, как сказано тут: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/PostingInformation.php#log - возможно это осветит ситуацию яснее.

Я отправил, потомучто не знаю как мне настроить эти часы - там время нормальное и в сиерре точно такое же время. ЧТО МНЕ ЕЩЕ НАДО НАСТРОИТЬ??? мне главное что сиерра работала, я плачу за это деньги по полной стоимости ПОМОГИТЕ ПЛИЗЗЗ
