At this point I would like to schedule a time for a session of remote assistance! I am at a stand still and feel like I am just chasing my tail! Having made it to the next prompt I am unable to get it to function. I am on the east coast so I am on EST and have my afternoons free for the next couple of days. Thank you for your assistance, JWD.
