my chartbook doesn't display anything and i just paid my subscription.

Check "Chart >> Graph Draw Types" and make sure this is not set to "Blank". If not the above, then check "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times" and make sure the Session Times are set wide enough to cover the times for trading. If the above do not solve it, then please do the following for us: - Select "Window >> Message Log". - On the Message Log, select "Edit >> Clear Log". - With the blank chart active, select "Edit >> Delete All Data And Download". - You should see messages about downloading the data and then loading the data in the chart.
