my current pull stack is not showing in any of my DOMs...do i have the wrong services? I have done nothing to my chartbook and all of the sudden my pullstack is not showing. Please help me determine if i need to upgrade. thanks much

We are a bit confused by the image, as it looks like you only have 1 level of Bid/Ask, but you do have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" setup. So if that chart is for a symbol traded on the CME Group, then you should have more Market Depth data. With only a single Market Depth level, you should still have the Pulling/Stacking showing, but it will only be for one or two levels and will constantly disappear and rewrite since there is only the two levels which are constantly changing, unlike levels further away from the Best Bid/Ask.
