I have your Exchange feed on one PC, and AMP/TT net on another. However, I am no longer getting real time futures on SC Exchange. I have included logs herewith. Does not the fact that I have a trading account with AMP enable me to get SC Exchange real time futures for CME, etc.?

It does not work this way.

You need to connect to your trading account, in this case AMP/TT net, to receive the CME data from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This is explained in the set up instructions here:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions

Start with step number 12.

Also, when posting a Message Log do not post it as a file. And only post a Message Log if we ask for it.

OK, I checked this out and my current account settings and platform are set up in exactly this way already. Still, no real time futures. In fact, there is not even delayed updates. The only thing I get when logging on are the (15 minute delayed) current prices, either intraday or historic, but after that, no further updates at all. However, Market Stats and Indexes do provide real time updates.

What do you suggest to get the futures R-T data?

What is Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service set to? It needs to be set to AMP/TT Net. You will not be using "SC Exchange Data". That cannot be used for CME data unless you pay the higher exchange fees.

If this is still not clear, refer to this section here about this:

Unfortunately, so much of our time is spent answering questions about data restrictions and the indirect problems created by those, based on exchange rules. If they only knew how much trouble that they, the exchanges, cause everyone.
