Good morning, I am a new client of yours and I am beginning to get to know your software. My name is Carlo Boschetti, my user is boschetticostruzioni@gmail.com - user587315, I received a communication stating that my account has changed from a non-professional trader to a professional one. I would kindly like to know the reason for this change since in the initial registration procedure I repeatedly specified that I am a beginner trader with non-professional specifications.
