after activating emergency activation I was able to make payment for denali, but why did my account expire in the first place? my usage for sierra chart ends at 12/04, not 01/04

Looking back at your transaction log, the usage time and ending date on February 13, 2026 was 2026-03-27. And we added an additional 5 days free to your account and it became 2026-04-01.
