Incorrect CME Professional Classification

My account is currently classified as CME Professional, but I am a non-professional user. Because of this, I am unable to activate the correct Denali exchange data and am being shown professional exchange fees. Can you please update my CME classification to Non-Professional so I can activate the appropriate data feed? Thank you. |
