When I am trying open trading platform, connection failing. There is in red line words: not connected and open small window where is words: Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI Logon unsuccessful. Service message: Your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM. ResultCode:101 |

Per the message, your broker/FCM has turned off your access to your CQG account. Most likely due to not having enough funds. You need to ask your broker about this.
